This course is aimed at providing an understanding of the body and the human figure through sculpture.  The study of the human body is a strong foundation for formal, conceptual and expressive artistic explorations. Portraiture and anatomical figure studies will accompany instruction in armature building, modeling, mold making, casting, and patina techniques. Students younger than 18 must have parent permission to take this course.
